Biodiversity Units UK Ltd helps property developers and their consultants to source Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) units.

With experience and understanding of the property development landscape through our partnership with leading development stakeholders and strategic connections into the UK rewilding projects, we’re able to understand the needs of developers, whilst ensuring we acquire ‘best in class’ BNG units at competitive prices.

Our BNG Units come with requisite conservation covenants with all sites officially registered with the government. The sites also provide a diverse range of habitat and are underwritten under a 30 year management plan. Our management plans allow for a developer to monitor the progress of the habitat the BNG unit is linked with regular updates provided over the period of the management plan.

Our units can be used on a scheme specific basis or as part of a portfolio strategy, drawing down BNG units from your own habitat bank.
